My 18 Month Old Kid Has Asymptomatic Inguinal Lymphadynopathy Which

My 18 month old kid has asymptomatic inguinal lymphadynopathy which is less than two centimeters. He was asymptomatic still i took him to hospital they have done his cbs. It was normal with nothing abnormal .
Today im d morning i have noticed dried epistaxis in his left nostril. Im worried plz help. He is having respiratory infection with cold
