My 18 Month Son Got The Bottle Of Ibuprofen And

My 18 month son got the bottle of ibuprofen and some how opened it. I noticed it shortly after but a couple of the pills were wet like he put it in his mouth and spit it out. They are 200 mg. He weighs 20-25 pounds. Should I go the ER i am worried. I've given him water and he's been playing.
