My 18 Year Old Daughter Has Recently (1 Week) Increased

My 18 year old daughter has recently (1 week) increased her wellbutrin from 100 mg to 150 mg and extended release due to increased anxiety and panic attacks. Now she is saying she "just doesn't feel right" and is complaining of her head hurting and neck pain. Could this be from the medication or just anxiety?
