My 18 Year Old Daughter Woke With Severe Pain Under

My 18 year old daughter woke with severe pain under her left collar bone, it aches and is a sharp pain. She is a healthy person, plays on her high school basketball team, does not eat sweets and is in so much pain she can't get to sleep. It has been going on for 14 hours We have tried ibuprofen and Aleve, as well as ice and heat. She can't get comfortable tried stretching nothing seems to help.
