My 18-year-old Granddaughter Ha A Complete Checkup And The Only

My 18-year-old granddaughter ha a complete checkup and the only thing they found was high liver enzymes. They did a second set of labs and an ultrasound on her abdomen including her liver. Her enzymes are still high and she does have a fatty liver. I'm so torn up because she is looking forward to going to college at the end of this month and if her entering college would be disrupted she would be devastated. She has started on a vegetarian all organic diet, no sweets whatsoever. What can I do to help her? She is going to be seeing a Liver specialist. Please help me.
