My 18 Yr Old Brother Has Had These Little Blood

My 18 yr old brother has had these little blood spots on his face since he was a kid. They developed when he was messing around with my other brother so I guess it stemmed from some type of trauma when they were fighting or something. Anyway is there anything that can be done for them to go away, it's been obviously several years he's been living with them.

Any advice
