My 19 Month Daughter Got Diagnosed Last Week With Contact

My 19 month daughter got diagnosed last week with contact dermatitis after seeing 3 different doctors because the were unsure what the rash on her feet could be we got a cream prescribed an sent on our way today it's still here an spreading more on her feet now tonight i noticed a bit of swelling on her feet as she wAs being really bothered standing let alone walking my question is what can I do to help her I plan to take her back in tomorow
