My 19 Month Old Daughter Has Had A Rash Since

My 19 month old daughter has had a rash since this morning shes had a virus anf every time shes had a virus shes gotten a rash. And its on her cheeks and bright red with pumps. Shes had a fever and its scaring me that she may have fifth disease. Please help me asap
