My 19 Month Old Son Has A Diaper Rash That

My 19 month old son has a diaper rash that seems/looks to be getting worse instead of better. He is not just having a wet diaper. Every diaper change is a soiled diaper. We have been using Boudreaux's Butt Paste and A&D Ointment. We were thinking his soiled diapers were due to teething. Can you help?
