My 19 Month Old Was Nipped By My Vaccinated Dog

My 19 month old was nipped by my vaccinated dog on the hand (it didn't bleed but there is a tiny mark and surrounding redness half the size of a dime). Shortly after, my daughter took her nap but woke up with a fever. She's acting a little tired but mostly normal.
