My 19 Year Old Daughter Came Home From College For

My 19 year old daughter came home from college for the wknd. She has what looks like the start of a pimple on the lower right side of her face.It looks to have a head but her face is swollen and hurts. Even her jaw hurts, It seems more than a pimple to me.
