My 19 Year Old Son Has Worsening Abdominal Pain And

My 19 year old son has worsening abdominal pain and bloating X 2 days. Loss of appetite. Possible rebound tenderness, lower right side. Low grade fever. Father's appendix ruptured several years ago....should I take him to ED? (Our local ED is not the best)....
