My 19 Year Old Son Slipped On Ice And Fell

My 19 year old son slipped on ice and fell backwards and hit his head and now his nose is bleeding 5 hours later. He doesn't normally get nose bleeds. He has a sore neck and says he didn't hit his head hard. Should we take him to the hospital. He doesn't feel sick or dizzy.
