My 19 Yr Old Son Tripped On A Cord And

My 19 yr old son tripped on a cord and fell into a wall. He doesnt remember how long he was knocked out but he woke up on the floor. He must have hit the wall pretty hard because the damage size of the hole in the wall is 4"X 5". He woke up this morning with shortness of breath. When he walks around from point A to B he is somewhat short of breath. Should I be concerned about taking him to ER?
