My 19years Old Daughter Has Been Havi G Seizures But

My 19years old daughter has been havi g seizures but has had blood tests for eplespy and have come back clear. She only has these fits in the first few hours of going to sleep never in the day. Can you tell me what's causing them they seem to be more regular now say one every month
