My 1st Pregnancy Ended In Early Miscarriage, 2nd Pregnancy Was

My 1st pregnancy ended in early miscarriage, 2nd pregnancy was a live birth with an emergency c-section, due to a complete placental abruption at age 19. I'm currently 33 and9 months old. My question is how likely and how long would it probably take to result in a successful pregnancy? My mother had 3 live births, with no known miscarriages, but went into early menopause (probably around 44 years old).Without fertility testing, what would you think my chances are, and how long would it take?
