My 1yr Old Was Involved In An Accident In Which

My 1yr old was involved in an accident in which resulted in a broken femur(right). It was placed in a cast and she was released. My sister said that she was moving her left leg when she left the hospital. Later her dad noticed she had no feeling from the knee down. They did an MRI and found she had a bruised spine. The bruise and her leg has healed. But she still has no feeling from the knee down in both legs. She now wears afos for foot drop and has therapy twice a week. What do you think of her chances of recovery and what can I do to help or any recommendations for treatment aside her physical therapy?
