My 2 1/2 Year Old (35-40 Lbs) "might"have Ingested A/a

My 2 1/2 year old (35-40 lbs) "might"have ingested a/a few 200mg ibprofen pills. We called poison control they said he would have to eat 10 to be harmful (seems high). Watch for tummy ache and vomiting. He seems fine, he is sleeping now. we arent even sure he even got ahold of it just being cautious. Thank you
