My 2-month Old Daughter Has Chest Congestion And A Hoarse

My 2-month old daughter has chest congestion and a hoarse cry. She doesn't have a fever, has plenty of wet diapers, and doesn't seem to have lost her appetite (if anything, she's eating more, probably because she doesn't feel good.) Is this worth a trip to the ER? Or even to the pediatrician during regular hours? Is there anything I can do to make her feel better in the meantime?
