My 2 Year 9 Months Son Had Fever Since Thursday

My 2 year 9 months son had fever since Thursday along with that he has dry cough and runny nose .my doc gave me ibugesic plus and novamax250/5 syrup and ent doc have him moxclav syrup along with macberry.should I use these four syrups .are novamax and moxclav are antibiotics ?? Can I give both antibiotics
