My 2 Year Old Daughter Accidentally Swallowed Small Chicken Bone.

My 2 year old daughter accidentally swallowed small chicken bone. She cried and choked. We were able to get it out of her throat. Then she vomitted and there were traces of blood on her vomit. She is saying it hurts but is ok at the moment. She is not having a hard time breathing and is talking normally. Should we send her to the ER to have her checked or could a pain reliever be fine? Is It ok for her to drink milk now?
