My 2 Year Old Daughter Has 3 Large Red Spots

My 2 year old daughter has 3 large red spots on her legs with yellow heads. 2 on her kne and the other top inner thigh. Yesterday she had a slight rash in her vagina so put some sudocrem there and its not there today what could these spots be? Shes not complaining of itch of anything.
