My 2 Year Old Daughter Has What Looks Like Bruising

My 2 year old daughter has what looks like bruising on the roof of her mouth. She has not had any trauma to the area. She does have a feeding tube. We brush her teeth at least twice a day after her athsma inhalers. What could it possibly be? Have a dental appt up but it won't be for a couple more weeks
