My 2 Year Old Daughter Is Suffering From Fever Since

My 2 year old daughter is suffering from fever since last 4 days. Initially we gave him Calpol120mg (5ml) and after 2days as suggested by Doctor we started Taxim-o-forte (100mg) syrup -2.5ml twice. Since there was no improvement the Doctor has now suggested Zifi-o-100dt tablets (1tab morning and 0.5 tab in evening). My baby is getting weaker day by day and intake of food has become very less. However, she is taking plain water at every 20-30minutes interval.
I am very confused now whether to continue with these medicines or consult other Doctor? It is very hot hot season here and Maximum temp going upto 45deg. Please suggest.
