My 2 Year Old Grandson Hit His Head When The

My 2 year old grandson hit his head when the back gate of the pickup truck came down on the front of his forehead. He now has a slight black eye. This happened at 8pm and he seemed fine right after that and later on and he fell asleep around 11. Is there something else I should watch for
