My 2 Year Old Just Came To Me Before She

My 2 year old just came to me before she went to bed and showed me that she had something in her mouth so i took it out and it was small and round but she didnt swallow it but whatever it was the coating was rubbed off from her saliva i just put her to bed but im still a bit nervous . should i be worried or take her to the doctor? Thanks
