My 2 Year Old Might Have Possibly Touched Blood On

My 2 year old might have possibly touched blood on a table from a person infected with hiv ( I wasn't informed till hours later he was infected) and because she puts her fingers in her mouth im so terrified but in not sure if she did I'm not certain if she touched it but is she at risk if she did ??
