My 2 Year Old Poops Approx 2 Hrs After Each

My 2 year old poops approx 2 hrs after each time she eats. It's dark brown poop, and only a small amount, but this is unlike her to poop so frequently. Her appetite is fine and she was sick last week with a stomach bug, but I don't know what to do to get her movements back on track.
