My 2 Year Old Son Has A Swollen Lymp Node

My 2 year old son has a swollen lymp node behind ear and white and red rashy bumps on outside of the same ear. He's currently taking an antibotic for an ear infection. This is day 5 of the medicine and the node and rash has gotten worse. Will it clear up or is something else going on?
