My 2 Year Old Son Was Showing Teething Symptoms, He's

My 2 year old son was showing teething symptoms, he's cutting 4 teeth. He's experiencing low grade fevers accompanied by an all body rash (except face and neck), and painful gums.
The last two days his lips have become bright red, and he has a couple little white patches on his gums, he doesn't have an appetite, only wants to nurse and cuddle. Has some eye discharge and a slight cough.
Any suggestions?
