My 2 Year Old Woke Up This Morning Choking On

My 2 year old woke up this morning choking on vomit. Cleaned her up and she went back to sleep and woke up all smiles. She ate a banana and some milk for breakfast and them vomited . And was fine after. Gave her a bath and then she asked for food so I have her crackers and some water and she through all that up and again was fine after. She took a nap and when she woke up I offered her some Pedialyte and then a popsicle and again She threw that up. Also has had hiccups off and on all day. Could this be acid reflux or just a stomach bug? She has no fever or any other symptoms.
