My 2 Years Daughter Has Hgb 94, After Two Weeks

My 2 years daughter has hgb 94, after two weeks of taking antibiotics. When she was born she also had low hgb, which was treated with Fe sirup and then hgb was good since we have had regular 3 months blood checksups.. Can the antibiotic give wrong hgb result?
