My 2 Yr Old Fell And Hit Her Head On

My 2 yr old fell and hit her head on the wood floor 24 hours ago. She seemed to be fine and continued to play the rest of the day and all morning today. She said her head hurt and she's been a little tired this evening. She doesn't have a bump at all on her head. Should I be concerned?
