My 20 Month Old Daughter Has A Small White Lump

My 20 month old daughter has a small white lump in or on the concha part of the eat...in the crevice...u cannot see it unless u pull the ear back a bit it feels soft but not like a white head or puss filled ...it's been there for a month or so...she has no symptoms that concern me and she behaves normally...she is very active and happy
