My 20 Y/o Son Has The Flu W/fever. He Has

My 20 y/o son has the flu w/fever. He has been vomiting and in the past has had to go to ER because he becomes dehydrated and has had cramping. If he keeps down ibuprofen the fever will go down significantly and the vomiting stops. Is there something I can give him to stop the vomiting?
