My 20 Year Old Daughter Got Sick Suddenly Around 4:00

My 20 year old daughter got sick suddenly around 4:00 PM this afternoon. She felt nauseated, has been vomiting, has been having diarrhea, feels weak and has chills. She has also been under a tremendous amount of stress lately. What can I do to help her? She is unable to hold anything down.
