My 20 Year Old Daughter Was Diagnosed A Month Ago

My 20 year old daughter was diagnosed a month ago with a severe strep throat and treated with steroids and antibiotics. About 10 days ago she was treated for a pyelonephritis with antibiotics. Continuing to have headache and back ache and very fatigued. Wondering what the next step should be. Was seen in Urgent care first time and urgent care sent her to ER second time
