My 20 Year Old Daughter Woke Up After Going To

My 20 year old daughter woke up after going to sleep 20 minutes ago complaining of a burning pain in her chest (from the bottom of her throat to the sternum. she is also experiencing unusual amounts of saliva in her mouth. she has a history of acid reflux (about 2 years ago) but hasn't felt this type of pain. No fever or nausea. It woke her up and she can't lie down. She ate dinner at 6 pm and didn't go to bed until 9 pm. She had no symptoms when she went to bed. Is this heartburn?
