My 20 Year Old Son Has Had Re Flux And

My 20 year old son has had re flux and horrible stomach pain for over a year. Plus extreme fatigue. I just spoke with him and he states he has had severe diarrhea for 4 days, with back pain and bloody stools. Should we go to the ER, or the urgent care? He is gay, if that matters.
