My 20 Year Old Son Has Trouble Sleeping And Has

My 20 year old son has trouble sleeping and has been moody lately. He seems angry all the time and complains about everything. I just found out he flunked out of his 5th semester of college but he neglected to tell me. He takes sertaline for OCD and methylphenid for ADHD and ranitidine for reflux. His sleeping problems (can't go to sleep and when he does sleep, he has trouble getting up) have recently gotten worse (past 3-4 months). Could he be depressed?
