My 20 Year Old Son Is Very Pale In Color,

My 20 year old son is very pale in color, grey shadows around eyes, on left hand side of neck he has a lump, (Swollen gland?), he is vomiting, is sensitive to light so light is off. He has had cold he said for about a week, yesterday he went for flu vaccination, also discovered blood pressure slightly elevated.
