My 20 Yr Old Daughter Is At College And Went

My 20 yr old daughter is at college and went to the health center bc coughing had been keeping her from sleeping for several nighs. She also was achy and lethargic. They put her on Cephalexin 2 days ago and she now has swollen lymph node in her neck and can't see her tonsils. Her throat hurts and she has a migraine. They also have her using a steroid inhaler and albuteral inhaler. She has had a history of sinus infections and had a hive reaction to amoxicillan when she was 5. When should these antibiotics kick in or could she be on the wrong ones?
