My 20month Old Grand Daughter Started Having Diarrhea This Morning

My 20month old grand daughter started having diarrhea this morning and it appears painful. Have use Desitin to relieve severe inflammation, and change diapers regularly but she is still in discomfort. No new dietary changes that I am aware of, except for some Dole pineapple tidbits w/ coconut flavoring.
