My 21 Daughter Is Complaining That She Is Having Bad

My 21 daughter is complaining that she is having bad chest pain for about 8 hours. left side under her breast. Yesterday she says she ate a pop tart in morning, smoked weed in evening, ate mac and cheese with chicken and ate a cinnabon. she says it hurts when she breathes. should I be taking her to a hospital or let her know that is from smoking weed.
