My 21 Month Old Daughter Has Yellow Goop Running From

My 21 month old daughter has yellow goop running from the inner corners of both eyes continuously. Her eyelids and under the lower eye lashes are red and puffy. Her eyes are very watery/teary. The whites of her eyeballs are still white. My kids have had pink eye before, but the eyeballs usually turn red. She is very crabby and crying with a temp under 100*F. The goopy eyes started Saturday evening. Wondering if she needs to be seen by doctor?
