My 21 Month Old Son Has Pin Point Red Dots

My 21 month old son has pin point red dots all over palms and when he wakes up from sleeping they itch him. I have only noticed it in the last 7 days. The only other rash he has is his normal eczema on his legs and arms which is not bad. In the last week my husband had a cold but other then that nothing else is different.
