My 21 Year Old Daughter Is Taking Phenergren I Think

My 21 year old daughter is taking phenergren I think 25mg nightly for nausea and to help sleep.... She just took 1200 mg of the herbal supplement Ashwagandah.... Should I be worried that could harm her?....she took them both without thinking about drug interactions
