My 21 Year Old Daughter With Severe Crohn's Disease Currently

My 21 year old daughter with severe crohn's disease currently taking an infusion of stelara once every two months now for the past two years is experiencing problems that she describes as related to depth perception. She also is describing feeling generally unwell. She had her colon removed at age 15 and she had an ileal pouch anal anastamosis at age 16. The Ipaa was said by surgery to have been failed and the expectation is that she will need to have that resected with an ileostomy. Question: should she be concerned that Stelara is no longer an appropriate drug to take given depth p problems or is she experiencing an increase in her symptoms of crohns?
