My 21 Year Old Son Is Complaining Of Chest Pain

My 21 year old son is complaining of chest pain in his upper left chest. His blood pressure is 106/70 and does not have any palpitations or racing of the heart. He's also recovering from a stomach bug which has caused him to throw up and have diarrhea. Should I be concerned
