My 22 Year Old Daughter Had Strabisthmus Surgery Three Weeks

My 22 year old daughter had strabisthmus surgery three weeks ago. She has had a follow up visit to the doctor who said it looked good in terms of alignment. However subsequent to the two week visit she has had headaches. The headaches are severe and she is feeling nauseous. Do you think this sounds ok and just a normal symotom?
